Copyright & independence

How this fan publication treats original work, third-party rights, and fair use.

Independent fan publication

We are passionate fans explaining game mechanics. We did not create or operate the original NARUTO Blazing game or any unofficial remake, revival, private server or game service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by their creators, publishers or development teams.

Our work and third-party rights

Our newly written guides, editorial commentary, diagrams and site design are original publication material. NARUTO, game titles, character names and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. We use names to identify the subject of discussion and do not claim ownership of the underlying franchise, characters, game software or third-party material.

Supporting this website purchases no franchise license, game access, in-game advantage, or affiliation with any game operator. We cannot grant permission to use someone else's intellectual property.

What United States copyright law says

Copyright can protect original expression. Ideas, systems and methods of operation are treated differently under 17 U.S.C. § 102. That distinction does not grant permission to duplicate another author's guide, artwork, software or other protected expression. See the U.S. Copyright Office's game guidance.

17 U.S.C. § 107 provides a fair-use framework for purposes that may include criticism, comment, teaching and research. Assessment depends on the actual use, including its purpose, the nature of the work, the amount used and the effect on the market. Educational intent, attribution, a disclaimer or calling a payment a donation does not automatically establish fair use. Read the Copyright Office's explanation.

Names, domains and permission

Our site name and domains identify the subject of fan commentary. They are not official game channels. A domain registration does not establish trademark rights or permission to distribute a game. We do not offer cheat downloads, modified clients or circumvention services, including through a domain that redirects here.

We do not hold ourselves out as having a license for the franchise or another wiki. Our copyright notice covers only rights that actually exist in our original publication material; it does not claim third-party material, facts, systems, or exclusive rights in material that the law does not protect.

Report a rights concern

Contact blazingmechanicsdesk@gmail.com for site support, privacy questions, corrections and copyright concerns.

In your report, identify the exact page or material, describe the right you hold or represent, and explain the requested correction or removal. Do not include passwords, government identifiers or unrelated private information. We will review substantiated concerns and may remove or revise material. This is an editorial contact process; we do not claim a registered DMCA agent or automatic legal safe harbor.

No legal clearance claim

This page explains our approach and is not legal advice or a promise that every use is legally protected. Trademark, copyright and other rights may apply independently. Rights holders can raise concerns even when a site contains disclaimers.
