Identify the system that failed
A wiki login, a game account and a community-chat account are separate. Resetting your wiki password will not repair a game login. Begin with the exact service, the action you attempted and the error that appeared.

If a page looks outdated, refresh it once. If a tool fails, record the page address and a short description of what you expected. The team planner saves drafts in the current browser, so another browser or device will not automatically contain the same draft. A share link can carry the selected lineup.
For wiki sign-in problems, use password recovery or the provider you originally selected. Check whether the browser blocked a Google sign-in window. Never send us your password, one-time code or recovery link.
For game access and installation
Read the current instructions from the game's actual operator. Repeatedly submitting an access request can make diagnosis harder; first check whether the service has published an interruption. We cannot inspect its queue, authorize a device or restore its accounts.
Make a useful report
- Include the page or feature and the time of the issue.
- Describe the expected result and what happened instead.
- Name the browser or platform without including unnecessary device identifiers.
- Crop email addresses, tokens and private account details from screenshots.
